Position Overview

We are seeking high-caliber, dynamic English Language Instructors who bring an entertainer’s energy and a fun-friendly atmosphere to the digital classroom. In this role, you will deliver world-class instruction tailored to both energetic young learners (ages 5–15) and corporate adult professionals. The ideal candidate is part educator, part performer—someone who breaks the mold of traditional, dry teaching to deliver highly engaging, captivating, and interactive learning experiences.

1.High-Energy & “Entertainer” Pedagogy
An magnetic, enthusiastic classroom presence. You don’t just read slides—you bring them to life with vibrant expressions, high-energy interaction, and creative flair.
For Young Learners: Exceptional capability in gamification, edutainment, and interactive storytelling to turn grammar into an exciting game.
For Adult Professionals: A charismatic, conversational coach who uses humor, real-world scenarios, and high-engagement discussions to keep business English lively and stress-free.
2.Linguistic Excellence & Phonetic Clarity
Native or near-native English proficiency with absolute phonetic clarity and a neutral, globally accessible accent.
An expressive vocal range that keeps students focused, motivated, and excited throughout the session.
3. Professional Credentials ( non-mandatory )
A universally recognized teaching qualification (minimum 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification).
Prior experience in digital instructional delivery, online presentation, or performing arts/creative hosting is a major plus.
4. Ultra-Friendly Personality & High EQ
An naturally approachable, warm, and fun-friendly demeanor that builds instant rapport with students from different cultures.
The ability to transform a traditional “lecture” into a supportive, psychological “safe space” where making mistakes is just part of the fun.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver vibrant, high-impact, 1-on-1 and small-group lessons based on international curricula.
Inject creativity, fun elements, and gamified challenges into daily lessons to maximize student retention.
Provide actionable, encouraging, and highly positive post-session feedback to students and parents.
